Description

The item being procured is supplies and services necessary to perform Contractor depot level repair of Government owned direct current motors for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle The motors were originally manufactured by Kollmorgen Corporation, Inland M otor Division. The repair shall include the effort required to repair and/or upgrade motors NSN(s) 6105-01-150-5855, P/N 12292399-3, -4, -5, 6105-01-150-5853, P/N 12292400-3, -4, -5, and 6105-01-482-0374, P/N 12292401-1, -2. The proposed contract will be a Long Term Requirements Contract for a period of 4 years issued sole source to Kollmorgen Corporation, 501 West Main Street, Radford, VA 24141-1427. The estimated quantities for this period are 344 each of NSN 6105-01-150-5855, 161 each of NSN 6105-01-1 50-5853, and 60 each of NSN 6105-01-482-0374. The estimated issued date of the solicitation is 19 Feb 04. This synopsis is being published for subcontracting purposes only.
