Description

22. The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, DOC, Ft Gordon, GA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order for an Emergency Notification Systems Upgrade to DCC, Franklin, TX, pursuant to FAR part 6.302.1 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The ite ms requested are Emergency Notification System upgrade to Communicator 9.2 Windows 2000, GeoCast Mapping, Pentium III with 17 inch monitor, T-1 Talker Cards, one install/day training and one year maintenance and support. This is not a solicitation or requ est for offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchased based on this notice is solely within t he discretion of the government. A copy of this solicitation can be retrieved through www.acquisition.army.mil/asfi, W91249-04-T-0013. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
