- NA The work consists of construction of a rock closure dike with an incorporated navigation access channel, meeting the dike templates and alignment provided on the contract drawings, and all incidental work thereto. Estimated price range is $1 million - $5 million. Estimated date of release of CD at no charge is 29 December 2003. This is a 100% 8(a) SET-ASIDE.
