- Amend the Description of Specific Requirements of the Statement Work as follows: 1. Audiovisual (AV) Equipment - Add a requirement for screen(s) in the breakout rooms. Offeror must provide a price for AV equipment, including the screen(s); 2. Morning Break - Add the following dates: For four days (8/30 through 9/2, including at a mininum a refresher coffee service, for 200-550 people); and 3. Afternoon Break - Correct the dates for afternoon break as follows: -DELETE: 8/29 through 9/02 and SUBSTITUTE: (8/30 through 09/01) in lieu thereof (NOTE: Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FEDBizOpps website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Because additional information to the combined synopsis (Posted January 29, 2004, Excel Conference 2004, SOL: RFP0408) regarding the terms and conditions of this solicitation will be available on the FEDBIZOpps website about February 5, 2004, interested parties are instructed NOT to send letters or e-mails or faxes requesting the RFP. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any cost associated with responding to this business opportunity). As a result of the above the date for receipt of Questions to the solicitation is extended from COB February 4, 2004 to COB February 6, 2004. All questions are due to Caroline A. Fowler, in writing, via FAX 202-663-4178 or by email caroline.fowler@eeoc.gov. The due date and time for receipt of sealed offers remains at 1.30 p.m. Washington, DC local time on February 12, 2004. No other changes.
