Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotes from vendors for BEP Stock number 2M028621 (10 each), Counter disk 14 MM GTS Counter units part # 46 Subj. # 10.0101046R117.6 GTS Counter is a GTS Countmaster II, Model G11041/159 MFR.GTS GMBH (Geraetebau Technologie). This is a combined synopsis notice and constitutes the only solicitation/written request for quotation that will be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-04-0282. Delivery terms are F.O.B. destination to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blue Mount Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. Award shall be made on the basis of price alone. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotes shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount, company name, points of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e. small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations are due on February 12, 2004 by 3:00 p.m. local time. Quotations may be faxed to 202-874-2200 or e-mailed to lorraine.wilson@bep.treas.gov.
