Description: Contractor to furnish all equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, and supervision for collection and hauling of refuse at Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX, 75507-5000, FOB destination, in strict accordance with specification. Base year period of performance will be 22 Apr 04 for a period of 12 months. Contract will include 4 option years. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 19 Feb 04.
