Description: Removal of 20 existing exhaust fans to include: removing fan motor, fan blades, compartment, louvers and control panels. Also includes disconnecting from the units all existing electrical and controls. Vendor shall furnish as replacement 10 new exh aust fans, which includes motors, fans, fan compartments and louvers. It is recommended that a site visit be completed prior to submitting a quote to determine by physical verification all existing dimensions and conditions which might affect this work. THE VENDOR SHALL SUBMIT IN WRITING, AS PART OF THEIR OFFER, A TECHNICAL PLAN ADDRESSING HOW THEY PLAN TO MEET EACH PARAGRAPH OF THE SOLICITATION.
