- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9133N-04-T-0003 is issued as request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-19. The Air National Guard Read iness Center has a requirement for 130 each of R.S. Means 2004 Facilities Construction Cost Data Books and 130 each Facilities Cost Data, 2004 - Costworks CD Title to include the Cost Works User Manual.The Books must be shipped to 101 different Air Nationa l Guard Bases. Award will be made in the form of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1,52.212-3,52.212-4,52.212-5 (Class Deviation applies),52.204-6, 52.219-6, 52.222-3. 52.222 -18, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.225-15, 52.232-33, 52.233-3, DFAR: 252.225-7001,AND 252.225-7036 Alt I. Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212--3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7000, Offe ror Representations anc Certications-Commercial Items with his/her offer. A copy of the Certifications and Representations can be found at the following website: http://www.arnet.gov. Full versions of the FAR/DFARS clauses can be located at the following website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The Defense Priorites and Allocation Systems (DPAS) assigned rating for this procurement is not applicable.
