Description: Housing maintenance for approximately 1260 housing units on Fort Jackson, SC, to include service order work, scheduled maintenance, and change-of-occupancy work, for the base period 1 August 2004 thru 31 July 2005 plus four option years. This requir ement is a 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The solicitation will be posted on the asfi/fedbizopps websites about 22 March 2004 and proposals due about 30 April 2004. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation and a ny subsequent amendments from the websites. The applicable, NAICS code is 561210, size standard $11.5 mil.
