Description

This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with MultiGen-Paradigm, OR, for Annual Support- Creator for Windows for 4 periods of performance on 1-3 dongles. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to MultiGen-Paradigm, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to time requirement in response to service. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to USSOCOM (PEO-IIS-C4IA), 7701 Tampa Point Blvd., MacDill AFB, FL. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, with its offer. Evaluation of offers shall be based upon price. Clauses and provisions are located at http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
