FAT Applies, Government Fit Verification Test Applies, Mylar applies, Critical Application Item. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-0576. Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Issue Date: 27 Feb 2004, Closing Date: 30 Mar 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 180 DARO. Subject RFP is for a Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 736 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA.
