Description

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item is in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft , CAGE 78286 drawing 70217-01024 Rev E and AMCOM, CAGE 81996 Procurement Package #70217-01024 Rev G dated 2/28/03 dwg 70217-01024-43. RFP#: SP0460-04-R-2411. Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Issue Date: 27 Feb 2004, Closing Date: 30 Mar 2004. Subject item is non-commercial, is configuration control, export control, and is a critical application item. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 90 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 484 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 540 each. Surge and Sustainment is included in this solicitation.
