Description
CD/DVD laser label kit should include a minimum of 10 CD/DVD labels with design and application software compatible with multiple operating systems. Labels should provide full-coverage of CD/DVD for maximum space for words and pictures. Kit should include label applicator. CD/DVD Refill Labels: Refill labels should be compatible with the software included in the CD/DVD label kit described above; minimum of 50 CD/DVD labels. The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee) is pursuing partnerships with U.S. commercial manufacturers of CD/DVD laser label kits and refill labels which meet the follow criteria: 1) Possession of a nationally known brand name that can be demonstrated to have significant appeal through evidence of substantial sales. 2) Willingness to enter into a multi-year agreement, which includes technical assistance, to have a nonprofit agency that meets the criteria of the Javits-Wagner-O?Day Program to assemble and/or package the products in question thereby creating employment for people who are blind or severely disabled. 3) Commitment to working independently with the JWOD team to market the products to Government customers under the JWOD Program. 4) Willingness to work with the nonprofit agency, NIB and the Committee to ensure that the products? price to end-users is a fair and reasonable price. 5) Manufacturers? submissions must demonstrate that the specific products meet the various criteria, as well as indicate what functions the nonprofit agency?s employees would perform.
