Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) seeks production of a small business insert in a national news/business oriented magazine. The insert would carry an engaging story about the importance of small business to the American economy and profile the programs and services of the SBA. The insert should contain a minimum of two pages of content, be produced in full-color and distributed at no cost to the SBA, and appear in a late May or early June edition to coincide with SBA?s 2004 National Small Business Week celebration. The contractor must produce and distribute the insert at no cost to the government and recoup all of its expenses by selling advertisements or by otherwise obtaining financial support for the project. If the contractor sells advertising to support the insert, at least half of the pages should be attributed to a small business article and the remainder advertising. The contractor must be a nationally recognized news/business magazine with a circulation greater than 1.6 million subscribers and have experience in producing such an insert. This solicitation is for the production and distribution of one small business insert. All questions and answers will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS, no exceptions. The RFP for this requirement will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS within two the five working days. Request for hard copies of the RFP will not be honored and will not be mailed, faxed or emailed. Faxed or email responses will not be accepted.
