PRON: AX4Q0195AX, NSN: 1615-01-185-3072, PN: 406-310-100-105, 120 each, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hur st Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 120 each 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article is 120 each 270 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 120 each 338 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an e stimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through thei r respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
