Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Corrsys Datron, Sensor Systems Inc., 21654 Melrose Ave. Building 16, Southfield, MI 48075. This co ntract will be for the following item pertaining to Inertial Navigation System with Integrated GPS for Real Time Measurement of Vehcile Dynamics. Line Item 0001, 1 Each, RT3020, RT Inertial Navigation Platform (L1 Kinematic, 20cm Position Accuracy Short Te rm, Single Antenna, Pitch and Roll, Yaw Rate, Slip Angle, Speed-Distance-Acceleration, 300 deg per second Gyro, 30 G Accelerometers, and CAN bus Interface. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Ac quisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the abi lity to provide this product, then you must respond by 9 February 2004, 3:00 PM MST. Email your response to Michael McDaniel at Michael.McDaniel@yuma.army.mil The response must clearly demonstrate that your firm possesses the experience and capability to provide the required equipment and historical experience. There are no substitutions for meeting requirements of the above listed item and all specifications must be met. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasin g of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item.
