Description

The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work required to grow and deliver 605,000 containerized longleaf pine seedlings for out planting on the Fort Benning Military Reservation. Delivery of seedlings w ill be in shipments of 100,000 - 150,000 and will be scheduled by Fort Benning personnel at least one week in advance. No more than 6 shipments will be required. Seedlings shall be 6 months to 11 months old at time of delivery. This solicitation is for awarding a firm-fixed price contract with the estimated magnitude between $25,000.00 and $100.000. Request for Quote Number W911SF-04-T-0036 packages will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face Industry Website (http://acquisition.army.mil) or the Fort Benning website (http://www.benning.army.mil/doc) on or about February 02, 2004. Quotes will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., February 26, 2004. The point of contact for this action is Contract Specialist, Susan E. Chapman, (706) 545-2409, e-mai l susan.chapman@benning.army.mil. This action is Set-Aside for Small Business firms. FOB Destination is Fort Benning, Georgia. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency.
