Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: Contractor shall provide information technology support services in support of the Pacific Theater Network Operations Security Center (Pac-TNOSC) for Network Management Support of the HQ US Army Pacific G6/516th Signal Brigade at the following locati ons: Camp Zama (Japan), Fort (FT) Buckner (Okinawa, Japan), FT Greeley (Alaska), FT Shafter (Hawaii), FT Richardson (Alaska), FT Wainwright (Alaska), Schofield Barracks (Hawaii), as well as equipment located at secondary geographically separated units (GSU ) in the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The services will include the following functional areas: Enterprise System Management, Distributed Processing and Distributed Networking and Communications; Artificial Intellige nce, Expert Systems and Cybernetics; Networking; and Web Site Utilization. Contractor personnel are required to install, configure, operate and maintain firewalls; remote data analyzers; network management equipment; terminal server access control system; virtual private network; web sense; and Antivirus Mail Gateway system. The anticipated period of performance is a base period, plus four one-year options commencing on July 1, 2004. The contract type intended is Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This acquisition will be Set Aside for Small Business. The Government intends on applying the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services (SIC Code 7376), size standard $21.0 million in accordance with FAR 19.102. A SECRET facility clearance granted by the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO) shall be required prior to performing any part of the contract.
