Description

This is a sole source requirement for NSN: 5998-01-451-8460SO; P/N: 3140440-1; Noun: Backplane Assembly; Appl: MC-130P/ AN/AAQ-17. This requirement is for a basic contract period with a quantity of 8 each. There is a basic option quantity range of 1-5 each and two out-year option periods with a quantity range of 1-5 each for each option period. The total estimated quantity to be bought is 23 each. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 8 each due by 30 April 2004. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued to Cage Code: 96214, Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University Drive, P. O. Box 801, McKinney, Texas 75070. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
