This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years as follows: An "Export Control" Technical Data Package exists for this NSN. 100% Small Business Set-Aside First Article Contractor Testing Noncommercial Item, NOTE 26 applies FOB Destination and Inspection Acceptance/Origin QAP B02, No Surge Requirement Estimated Annual Quantity 380 A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
