- ITEM#1. 6250-01-374-5127, Marine Lampchanger, 12 volts, 110 watts, 10 amps, spring wound, six place, high current lampchanger (Type HW-6P). To be made in accordance with Specification P-422-0281(Available upon request via fax). Quantiy 150 each. FOB Destination, delivery to USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Baltimore, MD 21046. This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for item individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. Each unit shall be individually marked in accordance with Specification P-422-0281 Bar Coding In accordance with ANSI/AIM BC1 is required. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG40-04-Q-20213. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. Applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 3812, North American Industry Code is 334511,size 750 employees. Delivery to be made within 90 days after award. Items to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to: Receiving Officer, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21226. Specifications are available upon request. Final acceptance shall be at destination. All responsible and responsive sources will be considered by this agency. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The following provisions and clauses can be accessed via the Internet at the following address: www.arnet.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be mailed or distributed by this office. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items (JAN 2004). FAR provision 52.212-2 (JAN 1999) is tailored to read that award will be made to the offeror(s) who submits the lowest price and fastest delivery based on best value criteria. Offerors are instructed to include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-- Commercial Items (OCT 2003), FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (JAN 2004) applies to this acquisition and the following clauses cited in the clause are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity (E.O.11246); FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); FAR 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers (29 U.S.C. 793); FAR 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); FAR 52.225-3 Buy American Act--Supplies (41 U.S.C. 10).
