- The U.S. Department of State intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with The MIL Corporation, 4000 Mitchellville Road, Suite A210, Bowie, Maryland 20716 under authority of FAR 6/302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for financial reconciliation and accounting services for the Department's Bureua of Consular Affairs, Office of the Executive Director. The proposed contract action is for financial reconciliation and accounting services for consular fees to be issued off the vendor's GSA Federal Supply Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
