Description

The U.S. Deaprtment Of State intends to award a purchase order for the following items: (1)Federal Signal Power Supply, 24VDC, PS-600, Qty.100, Brand name or equal; (2)Federal Signal Selectone Isolation Transformer/ Connector Card, AM25CK, Qty.2500, Brand Name or Equal; (3) Federal Signal Selectone Speaker with AMP, 24VDC, 50GC, Qty.2500, Brand Name or Equal. All vendors must specify shipping cost as a seperate line item if not included in price. Shipping destination is Springfield , VA 22153. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: ?Offerors are cautioned to address each specification completely when submitting their bid. Offerors that do not address each specification fully may be rejected without further consideration.? Offerors quoting the brand name product that are not the manufacturer or an authorized distributor of the brand name product MUST submit a signed letter from the manufacturer of the brand name product stating the following: ?Manufacturer, has agreed to supply brand name product to Your company for the purpose of providing the supplies to the DoS.? Letter MUST be on the manufacturers company letterhead and submitted via fax to 703-875-5272, ATTN: Robert Tansmore by the closing date/Response date. This MUST be provided in order to be considered for award. NO EXCEPTIONS. All responsible sources may submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) via fax or email by close of business 02/17/04.
