- PR-No.: IQC03322009003. NSN 1240-01-040-6977. Case, Optical Instrument. U.S. Army (19200) 11746386. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 18-each 90 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 20-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various Increments Solicited: 15 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 74, and 75 to 100. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. See notes 1 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 2004-FEB-17. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ for RFPs; telephone at (614) 692-2344; e-mail at drawings @ dscc.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTRD, PO Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is restricted. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed four years. FOB Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
