Description

The United States General Services Administration (GSA) seeks sources for leased office and related space. Project number 3AZ0147. LOCATION: Bounded by or adjacent to: NORTH: Ina Road east to Skyline Drive, SOUTH: Wetmore Road north to First Avenue then east to River Road, WEST: Mona Lisa Drive east to Orange Grove Road then south to La Cholla Boulevard, EAST: Campbell Avenue. The GSA is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 8,114 to 8,520 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space, of which 5,654 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet must be contiguous and remaining space must be located in same office building/park. Lease term: ten years, five years firm. Occupancy desired June 1, 2004 or sooner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Building name and address; rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot; method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; common area factor for available space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Specific build out requirements will be given with solicitation package. INTERESTED PARTIES may contact the GSA by forwarding potential site(s) with requested information no later than Monday February 9, 2004.
