Description

The work consists of cutting trees, slash and brush on 374 acres. Project site is located in the Myrtlewood Resource Area, Coos County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Bonds are required: Bid Bond, 20%; Performance Bond, 20%. This solicitation contains a price evaluation preference for HubZone small Business concerns. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is February 13, 2004. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
