Description

This announcement serves to replace the presolicitation notice published on August 20, 2003 regarding solicitation number DAAD05-03-R-0026. Please note that the solicitation number has changed to W91CRB-04-R-0014. The requirement description remain s as follows: highly specialized information technology support services for continued development, operations and maintenance of a global enterprise computer network managed by the Office of Special Technology. This work includes a wide range of informa tion technology engineering, development, procurement, and related support and will serve to further establish and maintain classified intelligence information systems supporting allied and coalition operations for the Unified Commands. The systems are th e Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS) Program, the Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (BICES) Program and the Linked Ops-Intel Centers Europe (LOCE) Program. The duration of this requirement is anti cipated to be one base year with four one-year options. The Government contemplates a single cost-reimbursement type contract resulting from a best value selection process. Release of solicitation number W91CRB-04-R-0014 for this requirement is anticipat ed on or after February 16, 2004.
