Description

The Defense Contracting Command - Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Provost Marshall General, intends to negotiate a purchase order, on a sole source basis with the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) in Phoenix, AZ. This requirement is for a membership in a telecommunication networking system. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Respons ible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within five days of the date of publication of this synopsis A determination by the Government not to compete thi s proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
