Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: This is a requirements-type contract. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, tools, equipment and accessories to troubleshoot and repair/replace mechanical and electrical equipment at the Schofield Barracks Water Treatment Pla nt (SBWTP), Army-owned pump stations, transmission lines, and swimming pools on Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield and various Army installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 5 F ebruary 2004. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 26 Febuary 04. Site Visit: Survey and inspection of the proposed project is scheduled for 11 February 2004 at 8:00 AM at building 1580, Schofield Barracks Water Treatment Plant. Offerors or their representatives are encouraged to attend. Coordination for the site visi t must be made with Daniel Wong at (808) 656-2942 ext. 3053 or e-mail daniel.wong@schofield.army.mil by 6 February 2004. The Government cannot guarantee that technical personnel will be available at any other time. Period of performance is l May 04 to 30 Arpil 05 with two prepriced 6-month option period. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.0 million.
