- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award one or more indefinate delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for the purchase of Influenza vaccine. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Section 13631 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993. Vaccine shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states and U.S. territories. U.S. Food and Drug Administration establishment and product licenses are required. RFP issue date on or about February 17, 2004 and will be posted online at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
