- PROVIDE BASE CUSTODIAL SERVICES: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, materials/supplies, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The performance period is for a basic one-year period with six option years. The type of contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). This request for proposal will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $14,000,000. The successful contractor will be selected using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page; paper copies will not be made available. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Note: Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List (IVL), please note the listing will not be used by the Contracting office to notify vendors of Amendments to this solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the Fed Biz Opps web page for changes to the solicitation. Your use of the IVL is strictly your choice.
