Description

The Minnesota National Guard requires maintenance and repair services of Air Traffic Control Airfield Landing Systems (ATCALS) and Meteorological and Navigational (METNAV) Equipment at Miller Airfield, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, Minnesota. The syste ms requiring maintenance include, but are not limited to: TACAN Control Indicator, Radio Receiver, Radio Transmitter, ILS Remote Control Indicator, MLS Remote Control/Status Unit, HANDAR AWOS Remote Terminal, DENRO Remote Control Indicator, Wind Speed/Dire ction Indicator, Runway Light Control Panel, Runway Light Constant Current Regulator, Taxiway Light Constant Current Regulator, Assault Strip Constant Current Regulator, Radio Control Receiver (lights), Two Runway Light Control Boxes, Un-interruptible Powe r Supply (UPS), Night Vision Goggles Light Level Intensity Controller, Localizer Transmitter Two Transmitters/Two Monitors, Eight Traveling Wave Antennae, Wind Speed/Direction Sensor, Glide Slope Transmitter. Requirement is for one base year with the provision to extend up to four additional option years. This is an unrestricted acquisition, not set-aside for any specific group. All firms may apply, and submissions from small business and small disadvantaged business are encouraged. Solicitation will be available on-or-about 6 February 2004 and proposals will be due on-or-about 9 March 2004. Site visit information will be published on the Electronic Bid Site with the solicitation at a later date.
