Best Accounting Practices for Government will be held on Tuesday evening, February 24, 2004 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. at the Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Cost is $45.00 and seminar will be presented by David L. Cotton, CPA, CFE, Cotton & Company, CPA. This seminar will emphasize setting-up an accounting system that will accommodate current and future managerial needs and satisfy government requirements and expectations.
