Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of a telecommunications/fiber optic installation vocational training program for the Federal Correctional Institution at Loretto, Pennsylvania. The contract type is firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a base period, running from date of award through September 30, 2004, and four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option period is estimated at thirty completions per contract period. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 14, 2003 and will be solely distributed through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All Future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about December 15, 2003. All responsible sources must submit a quote to be considered.
