Description

Thermoplastic Liner for the M45 Mask consists of multi-ply thermoplastic sheet with 1/4 inch diameter dimples (open cell), covered with a cloth cover and sized to fit various helmet sizes. NSN: 4240-01-456-4509, P/N: 5-1-2873-30; NSN: 4240-01-456-451 0, P/N: 5-1-2873-20; NSN 4240-01-456-4511, P/N 5-1-2873-50; NSN 4240-01-456-4512, P/N 5-1-2873-40; NSN: 4240-01-456-4516, P/N: 5-1-2873-60; NSN 4240-01-455-7982, P/N: 5-1-2873-10. This proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. These commercial items are sole source to Gentex Corp, 324 Main St., Carbondale, PA. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. This notification is for the purpose o f subcontracting opportunities only. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 05 Feb 2004.
