Description

The U.S. Military Academy (USMA) is soliciting for Library Books to be ordered on an Approval Plan. The Library supports a four year college curriculum leading to a bachelor's degree. Approval plan will be based on a unique profile prepared by the USMA Library. Weekly, the contractor shall ship books that fit the profile (approx. 3000 books annually). The contractor shall provide bibliographic records in LC Marc, ASCII format electronically through tapes compatible with the Innovative Interfaces a cquisition subsystem. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for a base period from date of award through 31 December 2004 with four option years. Past performance information is required to be provided from any offerors responding to the request for proposal. This procurement is to be solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation number replaces W911SD-04-T-0016 previously posted. The solicitation will be issued on or about 23 January 2004 and can be viewed and downloaded at the https://ac quisition.army.mil website.
