- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9301-04-T-0011. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2008-18 and Change Notice (DCN) 20040113. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325992100% small business set aside. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0011, 1 Lot, Shipping & Handling Charges if Applicable. The part numbers provided above are meant to show the Government?s minimum requirements. Offerors can quote on equals. Offerors quoting on equals must provide descriptive literature to the extent necessary to allow the Government to determine the technical acceptability of the equal item. Required delivery at Edwards AFB CA 93524 is 30 days ARO. FOB Destination. The following provisions and clauses apply: Provision 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference.
