Description

Provide Contractor operated and maintained helicopter flight services consisting of one light turbine helicopter in support of the wildland fire management programs as directed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Mescalero Agency, Mescalero, New Mexico. The Contractor will be required to hold a current Federal Aviation Administration air carrier and operating certificate for the category and class of aircraft required and provided under the contract. Additional FAA certification under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations are required. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for three additional years. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is January 22, 2004 and approximate closing date is February 12, 2004. The solicitation will be available online at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.oas.gov.
