Description
This is a sources sought synopsis only for an Electronic Warfare System. The Pacific Air Forces, 353rd Combat Training Squadron Eielson AFB AK, requires a realistic Electronic Warfare environment for the Pacific Alaska Range Complex (PARC). A simulated Electronic Order of Battle (EOB) is used to train US and Allied aircrews to conduct sustained operations and ensure survivability against an Integrated Air Defense System (IADS). Sources are being sought/availability determined to procure/lease ?turn-key? Air Defense Weapons Systems of former Soviet Republics?specifically Early Warning/Acquisition Radars and Command/Control/Communications networks (refer to attached priority list). Operational systems should include (but not limited to): RF/IR/EO line components, antenna/pedestal assemblies; Skin/Transponder Receivers; Target Acquisition, Tracking and Fire Control circuitry; processors/software; operator's interfaces/equipment/controls; technical documentation (best commercial practices); peculiar/unique support equipment for test/operations (to include antenna towers, shelters, power generation, environmental control units, etc.); and system spares/replacement parts necessary for sustained operations in AK environment for 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year. All responses are requested to indicate if they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, or HUB zone small business. Interested companies are requested to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
