Description: The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD 20670 intends to extend Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-00-G-0224, with the Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Philadelphia, PA, for a period of one year. This BOA allows for the procurement of services, materials, repairs, and supplies in support of the CH-46 helicopter. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the CH-46 and is the only known company that possesses the necessary technical data, knowledge, experience, and expertise to perform these efforts.
