SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: W58RGZ-04-R-0077 ; PRON: AX3F0780AX; NSN: 1615-01-086-1498; Quantity: 426 each, plus 1 year 100% option; Sole Source to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (Cage Code 78286); Noun: Beam Assy, Tail Roto; Applicable to the (BE)UH-60. Deliveries are F.O.B. destination to Texarkana, TX. Contract Specialist: Gregory Wilson, Email: gregory.wilson@redstone.army.mil; Telefax: (2 56) 876-6628; Phone No: (256) 842-7628; Office: AMSAM-AC-LS-U. To obtain this solicitation package, send a telefax to the Contract Specialist shown above, being sure to include company name, address, telephone number, and solicitation number. The required delivery is 25 each, 252 days after contract award (DACA) and 25 subsequent monthly quantities. The only approved source is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION. ACQUISITION DOCUMENTATION IS SOLE SOURCE TO THE RESTRICTED SOURCE OF SUPPLY.
