Description

Combined Custodial and Building Operation Services for Federal Buildings in Spartanburg, Greenville and Anderson, South Carolina. Provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided.) Plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services. This is an performanced based procurement. Anticipated issue date of solicitation is January 26, 2004. Term of contract is April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2004. Includes option to extend contract term for four (4) additional one year periods. Estimated cost is $300,000 to $500,000 per annum. SOLCITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY ONLY.
