- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with DRUCK INCORPORATED, New Fairfield, Connecticut for one (1) Flight Control Test Set (P/N ADTS405-8325), two (2) 1,000 Hour Service Kits (P/N SYS-A029-1), one (1) 3,000 Hour Service Kit (P/N SYS-A029-2), and one (1) Special Type Test Equipment (P/N GTE405-1936-01-M0) in support of the Kuwait Air Force F/A-18C/D aircraft. The required procurement is in support of the Kuwait Air Force F/A-18C/D Support Equipment Program. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
