- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA3300-04-T-0005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18, dated 11 December 2003. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13, dated 9 March 1998. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 611420 and the size standard is $6,000,000.00. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide IT training for personnel. Government reserves the right to remove courses from the contract if requirements change. Government reserves the right to cancel or substitute attendees (if available) for scheduled classes with little or no notice if due to Military Movement or necessity. Government will coordinate scheduling classes at least three weeks prior to class date. Travel and per diem costs will be included in vendor?s course price. (001) 1 Each, MS Project 2000 Advanced (002) 1 Each, PC Maintenance and repair (003) 1 Each, Intro to Oracle 9i: SQL & PL/SQL(004) 2 Each, Either or both Active Server courses (Level 1 or Level 2)(005) 1 Each, Current Crystal Reports course (currently 8.5) (006) 24 Each, Any 5-day Microsoft Programming, Networking, or Engineering course to include but not limited to: Programming a MS SQL Server 2000 Database; Programming w/MS .NET Framework; Intro to C# Programming w/MS . NET; Managing MS Win 2000 Ntwk Environment; Implementing MS Win 2000 Professional & Server; Implementing MS Win 2000 Network Infrastructure; Implementing and Admin Win 2000 Directory Svs; Managing Win Server 2003 ENV. A 2, 3, or 4-day course may be substituted with vendor applying the difference as a discount. (008) 11 Each, Any 3-day Microsoft Programming, Networking, or Engineering course to include but not limited to: Mastering MS Access 2000 Programming; Installing, Config, Admin Win XP Pro; MS Win 2000 Network and Operating Sys Essentials; Basic Admin MS Win 2000. A 2-day course may be substituted with vendor applying the difference as a discount. (009) 2 Each, Any 3-day Microsoft Programming, Networking, or Engineering # course to include but not limited to: Mastering MS Access 2000 Programming; MS Win 2000 Network and Operating Sys Essentials. A 2-day course may be substituted with vendor applying the difference as a discount. (010) 2 Each, Any 2-day Microsoft Programming, Networking, or Engineering course to include but not limited to: Querying MS SQL Server. (011) 2 Each, Macromedia Flash MX Advanced; Macromedia Dreamweaver MX Advanced or current Macromedia Advanced course. (012) 2 Each, Macromedia Flash MX Introduction; Macromedia Dreamweaver MX Introduction or current Macromedia Introduction course. The period of performance is for 1 year starting at contract award date. The services are for CADRE Maxwell AFB, AL. 36112-6334. The preferred place of performance will be in the Montgomery Alabama Metropolitan area, at a location determined and arranged by the contractor. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial item (Oct 2003). Submit signed and dated quotes on company letterhead. Award will be made to the lowest price quote, which meets the ability to conform to the solicitation. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items (June 2003). DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (NOV 1995), and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act ? Balance Payment Program Certificate (APR 2003) with their quote. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items (OCT 2003); FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items (OCT 2003) applies to this acquisition.
