- Description
- The release of the final RFP SP3100-04-R-0002 for the physical distribution and warehouse operations to support Defense Distribution Depot Guam Marianas (DDGM) in the Territory of Guam is delayed until after the pre-proposal confereance/site visit. The Preproposal conference will be held as scheduled on January 17, 2004 beginning at 8:00 a.m. The briefing will be held in the morning followed by the site visit in the afternoon. Any significant requirement changes will be highlighted, including the change of the contract type to a Time and Materials contract. All registered attendees should bring their identification with them. The conference will be held at the Top of the MAR Restaurant and Sunset Lounge, Nimitz Hill, Guam. Information on hotels can be found at: http://www.guam-online.com/, http://www.guampdn.com/. Information regarding the base can be found at: http://www.guam.navy.mil/. The brief will be posted to FedBizOpps, but may not be posted until after the conference. The Government anticipates release of the final RFP with a 30-day response time NLT January 30, 2004. The government reserves the right to cancel this acquisition at anytime. The government is not responsible for any costs incurred in order to participate in this acquisition process.
