- Description
- This is a sole source requirement for NSN: 5855-01-364-7172SO; P/N: 2078999-3; Noun: Cryogenic Cooler; Appl: MC-130P/E/H and MH053J/M aircraft. This requirement is for a basic contract period with a quantity of 141 each. There is a basic option quantity range of 1-20 each, outyear option one with a quantity range of 1-68 and outyear option period two with a quantity range of 1-62 each. The total estimated quantity to be bought is 291 each. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 141 each due by 31 May 2004. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued to Cage Code: D1597, AEG Infrarot Module GMBH, Theresienstrasse 2, Heilbron Germany 74072. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
