- Synopsis is hereby amended as follows: 1. Responses to the presolicitation notice are due no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, January 28, 2004. 2. Although primary architect and engineer design services are anticipated to remain at the Glynco, GA; Artesia, NM; Cheltenham MD; and Charleston, SC campuses, additional campus locations may be designated during the period of performance of any contract(s) awarded as a result of this synopsis. Design work at these additional campus locations will be limited to within the 50 United States of America. 3. Interested firms are invited to attend a ?Get Acquainted with FLETC? session. This session will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on January 21, 2004, in Building 216, Room 126, Glynco, Georgia. There will be a presentation by FLETC personnel followed by a question and answer period. Approximately one hour will be spent touring the FLETC and identifying potential design projects. No photographs will be allowed during this session. By FAX (912-280-5343, Attn Gail Ashurst) or email (Gail.Ashurst@dhs.gov), please provide the name and social security numbers of all personnel who will be attending the session no later than 2:00 pm January 20, 2004. Failure to do so may result in denial of access to the FLETC. 4. Directions to the FLETC for those driving on I-95: Take Exit 38, and follow the direction signs to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Directions to the FLETC for those driving on Highway 17: Drive to Brunswick, Georgia. The FLETC is located approximately 5 miles north of Brunswick and there is a road sign for the FLETC on Highway 17 from both directions.
