NSN: 1740-01-221-9436; P/N: 7-367310013; PRON: AX4F5220AX; NOUN: Bar Assembly, Transp; Quantity: 50 each minimum/140 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to AH-64 (APACHE), with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Requ ired delivery with First Article Testing is 50 each 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 50 each 270 DACA. This item is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Firms that recognize and can produce the required ite m described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U . S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
