Description

FA8601-04-T-0018 DEUSCHLITE FITTINGS The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) and FAR 6.302-19(a) (2) (I). The proposed source is Deutsch Metal Components Gardena, CA. The items being procured are (2,760) DEUSCHLITE FITTINGS (Various Part Numbers). Due to the compatibility of existing equipment this is a sole source procurement. This synopsis is being published for information purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider any quotations received within (7) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
