(Cage 00KE8), Hill Aerospace & Defense LLC (Cage 55064), Progressive Inc. (Cage 64900). Configuration Control Applies. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 12 each. Minimum order quantity base year 12 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 45 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 11 pcs. Minimum order quantity 11 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 88 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Government First Article applies. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
